Product Description
Applicable workpiece parameters:
Material: Marine A, B, D, E, AH32 to EH32, AH36 to EH36 grade steel, etc.
Minimum workpiece size: 1200*400mm
Maximum workpiece size: 12000*4500mm
Workpiece height: 75～750mm; maximum height allowed for vertical welding is 700mm.
Gap between plates ≤2mm, angle between stiffener and main plate 75° to 105°, workpiece assembly error ≤±2mm.
Plate surface condition: Anticorrosive primer thickness ≤40μm.
Welding types: Fillet weld, vertical fillet weld, arc, corner weld
