Product Description
System Features:
Heats the back of the longitudinal weld seam of the conveyed member panel and the bottom plate by burning a flame to eliminate deformation and stress
A line laser sensor, combined with image processing algorithms, automatically identifies and accurately obtains the actual position of the stiffener plate.
Calculates the position of each stiffener plate as it passes through the back-burning mechanism based on the running speed of the roller track.
Adopts a multi-head type, automatically allocating positions
Back-burning speed 0.1~0.6m/min
Multi-type back-burning gas, oxygen + propane or oxygen + natural gas
User-friendly human-machine interface, easy to operate
